Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in AI, machine learning, or clinical roles.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess candidates' skills effectively.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
