About the Role

We're hiring an Onboarding Consultant to join our team at Toast. As an Onboarding Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless onboarding experience with our innovative technology. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world while contributing to the transformation of the restaurant industry.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for customers during their onboarding journey.
• Consult with clients to assess their configuration needs before going live with our platform.
• Manage multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously to achieve monthly activation goals.
• Utilize your knowledge of Toast products to assist restaurant owners in optimizing their operations.
• Create and document best practices for managing restaurant operations effectively.
• Identify and document any deviations from best practices during the design phase.
• Focus on enhancing operational efficiencies that improve both guest and staff experiences.
• Communicate effectively with clients, demonstrating excellent organizational skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in customer success or business operations.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding onboarding goals.
• Ability to operate independently in a dynamic and changing environment.
• Strong influencing and communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
• Flexibility to navigate competing priorities and deliver exceptional service.
