We are seeking a dedicated Team Member to join our fast-paced restaurant environment. What You'll Do
- Perform station duties including food preparation, grill operations, and drive-thru service as assigned.
- Comply with all company policies and operational standards to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the restaurant, including equipment and food preparation areas.
- Report any customer or employee complaints to the Manager on Duty (MOD) promptly.
- Move and stock food products weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Exhibit effective communication skills to interact with team members and customers.
- Work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Requirements
- General knowledge of restaurant or retail operations.
- Basic math and reading skills for effective communication and task execution.
- Ability to follow directions and multi-task in a busy environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift in a restaurant setting.
