Talent Events Manager - Remote at TRM Labs

About the Role

We are seeking a Talent Events Manager to join our team at TRM Labs, a blockchain intelligence company dedicated to building a safer world. As a Talent Events Manager remote, you will lead the planning, execution, and management of our talent events portfolio for 2026 and beyond. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by organizing over 12 candidate-facing experiences each year, including university recruiting and industry conferences.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end project management for 12+ in-person events per year.
• Partner cross-functionally with recruiters and marketers to ensure each event has clear goals and messaging.
• Coordinate logistics, including venues, vendors, materials, and run-of-show details.
• Maintain organized tracking systems for invites, RSVPs, budgets, timelines, and outcomes.
• Attend and represent TRM at key events when needed.
• Conduct post-event debriefs to identify areas for improvement.
• Track key metrics such as attendance, candidate engagement, and hires.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in event planning, preferably in fast-paced startups.
• Demonstrated ownership of logistics-heavy initiatives.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and workstreams effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and task tracking discipline.
• High accountability and follow-through.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with data/analytics tools to support reporting and event tracking.
• Experience planning/executing talent events such as University Recruiting and Tech Talks.
