About the Role

What You'll Do

- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to stakeholders.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.
- Foster relationships with candidates to enhance the overall candidate experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and ATS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management.
- Experience in technical recruiting is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Passion for talent acquisition and enhancing candidate experience.
