  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.
  • Foster relationships with candidates to enhance the overall candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and ATS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management.
  • Experience in technical recruiting is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Passion for talent acquisition and enhancing candidate experience.
