Surface Drills Maintenance Supervisor - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
As a Surface Drills Maintenance Supervisor at Epiroc, you will lead a team of Service and Support Engineers, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. This remote opportunity allows you to coordinate teams, manage resources, and resolve challenges while driving efficiency and continuous improvement for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Manage service agreements, ensuring established terms and conditions are met.
- Coordinate with customers and suppliers to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Plan and schedule mining services, ensuring timely execution.
- Supervise mining operations, maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Resolve issues and conflicts during service execution, collaborating closely with customers and suppliers.
- Seek opportunities for continuous improvement in service agreements.
- Report defects, deviations, and significant opportunities to the Operations Manager.
- Ensure completion of all relevant documentation, including work orders and productivity checklists.
- Organize work shifts as needed and promote continuous development through training.
Requirements
- Technician/Craft certificate in H.E.R or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Maintenance Supervisor position.
- At least 5 years of experience with surface drilling mining equipment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to cost, quality, safety, and environmental impact.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
