Supply Officer - Healthcare Procurement Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Supply Officer to join our team at Healthscope, a leading healthcare provider. This Supply Officer remote role will allow you to contribute to our mission of providing exceptional care while working from the comfort of your home.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service by replenishing hospital areas and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Participate in department meetings, audits, and quality activities to support Healthscope’s safety and quality improvement.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy while acting as a valued member of an interdisciplinary team.
• Work autonomously and collaboratively to promote a positive team culture.
• Demonstrate professional practice by adhering to Healthscope’s policies and code of conduct.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
• Ability to work within a set financial budget and manage time effectively.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work autonomously.
• Medical product knowledge is desired but not mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Experience in supply chain management within healthcare.
• Familiarity with the National Safety & Quality Healthcare Standards.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and other staff.
