Supervisor Services - NOC Experience (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Supervisor Services to join our team at Insight Enterprises. This is a hybrid role based in our Pasig City office, with the flexibility to work remotely. As a Supervisor Services remote position, you will oversee daily operations, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure quality standards are met.

What You'll Do

• Lead the team effectively, resolving service issues and upholding ISO compliance.
• Communicate professionally with clients and partners, ensuring strong relationships with key service vendors.
• Support the development of new partnerships and technologies, keeping sales teams updated on products and programs.
• Monitor order efficiency and supervise workload distribution.
• Coordinate training for new teammates and ensure adherence to business practices and safety standards.
• Establish and update QA procedures, manage system diagnostics and quality records.
• Investigate service-related complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Represent the company professionally in all communications and support sales with project inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MCSE or similar certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of common IT equipment and thorough understanding of ISO 9001:2000 standards.
• At least three years of SAP experience and three years of supervisory or related work in a high-tech environment preferred.
• Pre- and post-sales support experience is considered a plus.
