About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Education Services Manager - Remote to join our team at ITHAKA. In this role, you will lead the coordination of education services and analytics, creating and delivering educational content for our products. You will play a crucial role in implementing strategic plans for education program management, ensuring that our mission to expand access to knowledge and education is fulfilled.

What You'll Do

• Lead coordination of education services and analytics.
• Create and deliver education content for ITHAKA products.
• Implement strategic plans for education program management.
• Collaborate across teams for process improvements.
• Plan and deliver educational webinars.
• Monitor and report on education team metrics.
• Advocate for user needs and feedback.
• Follow digital accessibility requirements.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Act as a resource and mentor for teammates.
