As a Studio Operations Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring an exceptional member experience, and leading a high-performing team. What You'll Do

• Lead all daily studio operations, ensuring a luxury experience for every client interaction.
• Manage facility maintenance, equipment functionality, and compliance with safety standards.
• Drive revenue through membership sales and upselling, meeting monthly sales targets.
• Hire, train, and develop studio associates, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Track and report daily KPIs, analyzing performance data to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, fitness, or a related field.
• Proven sales experience with a strong track record of hitting targets.
• Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and comfortable with technology.
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others.

Nice to Have

• Experience in boutique fitness, wellness, spa, or luxury hospitality.
• Familiarity with studio management software like Mindbody or AXLE.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
