Strategic Channel Manager - Remote Position in Japan

About the Role

Grafana Labs is seeking a Strategic Channel Manager to join our dynamic team. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in Japan, providing a unique opportunity to drive our channel strategy and partnerships in the region. As a Strategic Channel Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and enhancing our relationships with key partners.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute channel strategies to drive revenue growth and partner engagement.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand our reach in the Japanese market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align channel initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and partner performance to optimize channel strategies.
• Provide training and support to partners to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in channel management or business development, preferably in the SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of the Japanese market and business culture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving channel growth.
• Fluent in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Grafana or similar data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and their application in business.
• Previous experience working in a remote environment.
