Store Manager - Aftermarket Heavy Duty Truck Parts (Remote)
About the Role
TruckPro is seeking a Store Manager - Aftermarket Heavy Duty Truck Parts to oversee the daily operations of our retail location. This remote Store Manager position is pivotal in driving sales, enhancing gross margins, and ensuring overall profitability. You will lead a team with an entrepreneurial spirit and a focus on customer service.
What You'll Do
- Direct and manage the Inside/Counter Sales team and Account Manager/Outside Sales team, fostering key customer relationships.
- Develop and communicate financial and business performance goals for the store.
- Administer financial matters including inventory management and fund disbursement.
- Coach associates and engage with Human Resources for talent management and employee relations.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to strategize recruitment needs.
- Advise the Regional Manager on store operations issues.
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to forecast sales for the Account Manager/Outside Sales team.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies, overseeing housekeeping and safety practices.
Requirements
- Five years of management experience with full P&L responsibilities.
- Two years of experience in Operations and/or Sales.
- Knowledge of the heavy-duty industry, particularly truck parts and service repair.
- Ability to operate power industrial equipment, including forklifts.
- Physical capability to lift over 50 lbs.
