What You'll Do
- Collaborate with a team of talented engineers to develop scalable automation solutions for client technologies that protect data on endpoints, including Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
- Contribute to the development of flexible automation solutions specifically for mobile platforms.
- Work closely with development and design teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Implement quality processes and requirements to enhance product reliability.
- Replicate customer environments to identify potential issues and improve product performance.
- Communicate risks and quality concerns regarding releases to the team.
- Make informed quality decisions that impact the overall solution.
- Oversee the release process to ensure timely and effective deployment.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in developing tests and automation for network and endpoint security products.
- Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in pytest or Java (Python preferred).
- Proficient in CI/CD practices and tools.
- Experience with mobile platforms and at least one common endpoint platform (OS/X, Windows, Linux, iOS, Android).
- Familiarity with MDM/EMM products like Intune, Google Workspace, or AirWatch Workspace ONE.
- Expertise in developing tests and automation for enterprise network and data security technologies.
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills on mobile platforms (ADB, XCode).
- Experience in scale and performance testing on endpoint solutions.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of automation tools like Appium and Selenium.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Work experience in identity management (SAML/OKTA/PING) is a plus.
