About the Role

We are seeking a talented Staff Product Designer - Remote to join our innovative team at ZenBusiness. What You'll Do

  • Utilize tools such as Figma, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create interactive prototypes and design systems.

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in AI-driven automation and generative design.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Contribute to the development of design strategies that enhance product usability and accessibility.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with front-end development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of user experience principles and design thinking methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in mentoring and guiding junior designers.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and design systems.
  • Knowledge of generative AI and its application in design is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in enterprise software design.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools like Snowflake.
  • Understanding of mobile app design principles, particularly for Android using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
