  • Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices in product design.
  • Utilize tools such as Figma, React, and TypeScript to create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into your designs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Strong understanding of design systems and UI/UX principles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or related industries is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with AI-driven automation and data science concepts.
  • Experience in mentoring and leading design teams.
