Solutions Engineer - Remote Support for Quantum Technologies

About the Role

We are seeking a Solutions Engineer remote to join our innovative team at Quantum Base. This role is crucial as you will be the technical authority during the sales process, helping to convert leads into successful implementations of our cutting-edge quantum technology solutions. You will collaborate closely with our customers and internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and successful integration of our Q-ID technology.

What You'll Do

  • Provide pre-sales technical support and partner with the commercial team on sales opportunities.
  • Lead customer print trials and design trial plans, success criteria, and acceptance metrics.
  • Integrate the Q-ID technology stack into customer systems and ensure they are production-ready.
  • Own the technical onboarding process for new customers post-sale.
  • Feed customer learnings back into Quantum Base for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or Implementation Engineer.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with implementing new software or technical processes into existing workflows.
  • Comfortable leading technical conversations with senior customer stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in startup or scale-up environments.
  • Good knowledge of software and technology, including mobile SDKs and cloud APIs.
  • Great problem-solving skills.
