About the Role

We're hiring a Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team at Deel, a leading payroll and HR platform. This Solutions Engineer role offers the opportunity to work remotely while driving impactful solutions for enterprise clients. As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to unlock global opportunities for every person, team, and business.

What You'll Do

• Lead technical discovery and solution design for enterprise prospects, collaborating with Sales and Product teams to address complex requirements.
• Own the technical implementation for new enterprise clients, ensuring successful configuration and integration workflows.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for active enterprise accounts, troubleshooting advanced issues and identifying opportunities for scaling.
• Act as the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering, advocating for enterprise-grade features and influencing the product roadmap.
• Develop and maintain deep product expertise, communicating best practices and new feature capabilities to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Mentor and support junior Solutions Engineers, contributing to playbooks and processes that help scale the Enterprise segment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager in HR tech, payroll, or enterprise SaaS.
• Proven success in driving enterprise presales cycles and implementations, including C-suite engagements and security reviews.
• Strong technical foundation in APIs, SSO, and integrations with HRIS/payroll/ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to translate technical solutions into business value.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment.
• Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for enterprise client engagements.
