About the Role

Grupo Casais is seeking a dedicated Site Assistant II to join our innovative team. This remote opportunity allows you to contribute to our prestigious construction projects while ensuring effective planning and coordination. As a Site Assistant II, you will play a crucial role in supporting our construction processes and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Support the preparation of work plans, including scheduling resources such as materials, services, and equipment.
• Monitor project execution, analyze costs and income, and suggest corrective actions for any deviations.
• Participate in the development of strategic execution and operational plans.
• Oversee the progress of work, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and making necessary revisions.
• Assist in managing human resources and coordinating their allocation to various activities.
• Help register correspondence related to contract management and ensure timely dispatch to clients.
• Assist in defining, implementing, and monitoring work plans while inspecting processes for quality, environment, and safety.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Higher education (Master's degree) in Civil Engineering, Electromechanics, Electrotechnics, or Architecture.
• Registration with the Order of Engineers, Order of Technical Engineers, or Order of Architects.
• Fluent in English.
• No prior management experience required.
