About the Role
Family Entertainment Group is hiring a Shift Supervisor to join our team in Baraboo, Wisconsin. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a fun and rewarding career in the entertainment and hospitality industry. As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead a team and ensure excellent guest service in our arcade operation within Kalahari Dells. What You'll Do
- Provide excellent guest service and assist guests with purchasing game cards.
- Ensure the location is safe and clean for our guests.
- Manage and balance cash drawers while addressing guest concerns.
- Fill games with tickets and fix minor arcade game problems.
- Represent the company positively while leading a team of co-workers.
Requirements
- Experience in guest service or customer service roles.
- Ability to lead teams and coach staff members.
- Experience counting and balancing cash drawers.
- Energetic, outgoing, and upbeat personality.
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Nice to Have
- Previous supervisory experience in an arcade or similar environment.
- Strong teamwork attitude and a desire to make a difference.
