About the Role

We are seeking a talented ServiceNow SaaS Platform Developer to join our dynamic team. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere while contributing to innovative projects that impact Fortune 500 companies. As a ServiceNow SaaS Platform Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless integration with various APIs and enhancing user experience.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide, and Jelly Script.
  • Integrate third-party APIs to enhance functionality and user experience.
  • Implement UI customization and ensure responsive design using HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
  • Conduct test automation and system architecture design to improve system performance.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a ServiceNow SaaS Platform Developer or similar role.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, REST APIs, and UI development.
  • Experience with SQL, ETL development, and data engineering.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Python, Apache Spark, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and OpenStack.
  • Experience in graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of customer service management (CSM) practices.
