Service Sales Representative - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Service Sales Representative remote to join our dynamic team at Schindler. This role is pivotal in managing our Service sales portfolio while ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered to our clients. You will play a crucial role in building a pipeline of Service sales to meet our business development targets.

What You'll Do

• Negotiate and secure contracts for new and existing customers in Auckland.
• Prepare and submit tenders for various projects.
• Understand market conditions to identify opportunities to promote Schindler services.
• Collaborate with Operations teams to ensure the highest level of customer service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property management companies and building owners.

Requirements

• Three years of experience as an account manager or business development manager in a technical or industrial field.
• A proven track record in delivering outstanding performance with a strong sales pipeline.
• Experience selling services to property management companies and body corporates.
• Strong background in CRM, SAP, and MS Excel.
• Excellent leadership and client relationship-building skills.
• Strong time management and planning skills.
• Eligibility to work permanently in New Zealand and a clean NZ driving license.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the elevator or HVAC industry.
• Knowledge of building facilities management.
• Previous experience in a remote sales role.
