Service Delivery Operator - Remote Document Imaging Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Operator remote to join our team at Ricoh. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the document imaging process, ensuring that all documents are handled with precision and care. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and have a passion for providing excellent support in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Perform document imaging processes including sorting and screening incoming documents.
• Remove staples and prepare documents for scanning.
• Conduct data entry and scanning of documents accurately.
• Quality check scanned documents to ensure high standards are met.
• File and retrieve scanned documents efficiently.
• Assist with ad hoc duties as assigned by the team.

Requirements

• Must have DSE or above qualification.
• Experience in a similar back-end support role is required.
• 1 to 2 years of clerical experience is preferred.
• Experience in the Financial Services Industry (FSI) will be an advantage.
• Must be responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to perform routine duties.
• Basic knowledge of PC applications is necessary.
• Immediate availability is preferable.
