About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Web and Digital Interface Designer (Remote) to join our team. As a Senior Web and Digital Interface Designer, you will apply your expertise to create, evaluate, and refine design scenarios that enhance user experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Design and develop high-quality questions, prompts, and scenarios based on professional web and digital interface design practices.
  • Apply your expertise in UI/UX design principles, accessibility standards, responsive design, and interaction patterns.
  • Translate complex design concepts into clear, structured content suitable for research and evaluation purposes.
  • Review and validate design-related materials for accuracy, usability, and industry relevance.
  • Work independently while meeting quality benchmarks and delivery timelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of full-time professional experience as a Web and Digital Interface Designer or in a closely related role.
  • Strong knowledge of UI/UX best practices, design systems, and modern web technologies.
  • Excellent written communication and analytical skills.
  • Reliable access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks are not supported).
  • Must be based in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
