About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Visual Designer to join our innovative team at Surfshark, working on the HeyPolo app. This role offers the chance to shape a privacy-first smart location-sharing app that helps families and friends stay connected while prioritizing user privacy. As a Senior Visual Designer, you will create impactful digital assets and contribute to a meaningful project that emphasizes user control and safety.

What You'll Do

• Create digital assets for marketing campaigns, performance ads, the website, landing pages, the mobile app, and brand identity systems.
• Define illustration style and visual storytelling to enhance user engagement.
• Design marketing creatives that convert and drive user acquisition.
• Ensure visual consistency across product and marketing materials.
• Iterate quickly based on performance insights to optimize designs.
• Produce high-quality visuals across multiple formats and platforms.
• Contribute to shaping HeyPolo’s long-term brand direction through innovative design.

Requirements

• Proven experience in visual or graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Strong marketing intuition and ability to design visuals that convert.
• Deep understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• High attention to detail and ability to design in multiple styles.
• Strong taste and appreciation for craft in design.

Nice to Have

• Expertise in performance ads and experience with web and mobile design.
• Proficiency in Figma for collaborative design processes.
