What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic scaling of paid user acquisition, ensuring you hit KPIs across various business branches.
- Take extreme ownership of your goals and define the methods to achieve them without micro-management.
- Lead the creative testing frameworks, managing thousands of creatives to identify winning strategies.
- Manage aggressive budgets and ROAS, dynamically allocating resources to maximize returns.
- Collaborate with creative, MarTech, and growth teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Conduct data deep dives to analyze metrics like LTV and monetization, ensuring optimal performance.
- Utilize SQL and dashboards to extract insights and drive data-informed decisions.
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing substantial monthly budgets, starting from $300k.
- Deep understanding of web funnels, tracking, attribution, and conversion optimization.
- Expertise in Google Ads and familiarity with other ad platforms like Meta and TikTok.
- Significant experience in the US market with the ability to scale in non-US regions.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as GA, Amplitude, and AppsFlyer.
- Strong data analysis skills, comfortable using BI platforms like Looker or Superset.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build solutions in dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication skills to negotiate priorities with cross-functional teams.
