Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Physics, Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Photonics, or a related field.
- Experience in systems integration, prototyping, or low-TRL technology development.
- Familiarity with optical communications, fibre optics, lasers, RF/mm-wave, or sensor/imaging systems.
- Mid-senior level experience with project ownership and mentoring capabilities.
- Ability to apply research expertise to real-world industrial challenges.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools like SysML and DOORS.
- Background in photonics or acoustics is a plus, but not mandatory.
