What You'll Do

  • Manage and maintain Microsoft-based IT infrastructure, including Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Azure, and Windows 365 Cloud PC environments.
  • Design, implement, and optimize cloud and hybrid infrastructure components to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Administer and troubleshoot user access and identity management solutions, ensuring secure and scalable access management.
  • Monitor system health and proactively apply patches and updates to maintain optimal performance.
  • Oversee Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) operations to ensure availability and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure and security-related initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for configurations, policies, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Implement device configuration and compliance policies using Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a System Administrator or similar role, focusing on Microsoft cloud services.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and system administration tasks.
  • Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with patch management, remote support, and system health monitoring.
  • Understanding of cloud security principles, endpoint protection, and identity governance.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Azure, and Windows 365.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with VDI and cloud-based endpoint management.
  • Experience writing and managing Group Policies (GPO) and Intune Configuration Profiles.
