About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer - Product to join our innovative team at Raydar. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely with a company that has built the first AI-powered recruiter marketplace, serving clients like Cursor, Shopify, Ramp, Coinbase, and Palantir. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in scaling our product and enhancing our engineering capabilities.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement features for our AI-powered recruiter marketplace, focusing on user experience and scalability.
  • Collaborate with a team of talented engineers to ship end-to-end solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Work on complex systems and contribute to the development of AI recruiting agents that are transforming the industry.
  • Build core tooling to power recruiter workflows, including AI notetakers and email sequencing tools.
  • Engage in creative problem-solving to acquire marketplace liquidity in industries such as Legal, Finance, and Healthcare.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of shipping user-facing products.
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React; Python experience is a plus.
  • Experience designing scalable systems and working across the full web stack.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of product taste with deep user empathy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on delivering value to customers.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI/LLM features and their implementation.
  • Familiarity with marketplace dynamics and user acquisition strategies.
