About the Role

ZORA is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our dynamic team. This Senior Site Reliability Engineer remote position allows you to work from anywhere, contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality, reliable services to our clients. As a key member of our engineering team, you will ensure that our systems are robust, scalable, and efficient.

What You'll Do

  • Design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure solutions that support our applications and services.
  • Monitor system performance and reliability, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact users.
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve system architecture and deployment processes.
  • Automate operational tasks to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to ensure system availability and reliability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
  • Knowledge of configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
  • Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments.
