What You'll Do
- Manage multiple complex business projects, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Develop dashboards and data-driven solutions, performing thorough data analysis and visualization to meet internal client needs.
- Maintain database records and conduct routine audits to ensure proper site, client, and project relationships.
- Provide insights and analytics to enhance processes, productivity, and efficiency KPIs.
- Collaborate directly with leadership teams and internal customers, exchanging feedback and presenting results effectively.
- Support clients and operations with ad-hoc reporting requests, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Develop and maintain central operations data solutions using advanced Excel skills, Power Query, Power Pivot, and other relevant tools.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Reporting and Analytics, preferably in a BPO environment.
- Must-have skills include Advanced Excel, Power Query, and Power Pivot.
- Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of data, performance, and KPIs.
- Good to have knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and experience with reporting tools such as Looker, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Familiarity with SQL and Python is a plus.
- Data visualization skills to translate data into meaningful insights.

- Experience with Salesforce, IEX Verint, and other advanced reporting tools.
