About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Python Developer (Remote) to join our innovative exchange team at Crypto.com. This role focuses on developing and maintaining our cutting-edge trading platform, ensuring a seamless and secure trading experience for our global clients. You will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to providing top-notch services across APAC, EMEA, and North America.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain Python-based backend services to serve real-time and batch risk data at scale.
  • Build analytics pipelines, dashboards, and reports using libraries such as pandas, matplotlib, and plotly for internal stakeholders.
  • Integrate with data systems like PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Kafka, and Redis, managing workflows via Airflow.
  • Collaborate closely with the product management team and global developers to enhance user engagement.
  • Work alongside the DevOps team to continuously upgrade and improve the technology stack.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Python, with in-depth knowledge of libraries (e.g., pandas, numpy, plotly) and frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI, Dash).
  • Expertise in SQL, with a solid understanding of relational database concepts and optimization techniques.
  • Experience with technologies such as PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, and Airflow is essential.
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with ClickHouse, Java, and Kubernetes/Docker.
  • Previous experience at an investment bank, hedge fund, or exchange developing trading applications is preferred.
