Senior Project Manager - Isolation Valves (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager - Isolation Valves to join our team remotely. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end execution of Isolation Valve projects, collaborating with customers, EPC contractors, and internal teams to ensure safe and high-quality project delivery.

What You'll Do

• Engage early in major project opportunities by collaborating with Sales and Application teams.
• Lead execution of EPC Isolation Valve projects from order intake through final delivery.
• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, and progress using Primavera.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for EPC contractors and end customers.
• Coordinate closely with engineering to drive timely document submissions and approvals.
• Support inspections such as FAT/SAT and third-party assessments.
• Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts and regular project performance updates.
• Maintain organized project documentation and support internal/external audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent educational background.
• 10+ years of professional experience in the valves and automation industry.
• Experience managing full project lifecycles, including customer interface and contract management.
• Proficiency in project planning tools, including Primavera.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience working with leading EPC contractors in the Middle East.
• Familiarity with global manufacturing coordination and industry codes/standards.
