Senior Product Owner - Remote Position in Financial Tech

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Owner remote to join our dynamic team at CI&T. As a Senior Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic projects in the financial technology sector, particularly focusing on cards, benefits, and incentives. Your expertise will help shape the evolution of digital products in a highly regulated environment, ensuring alignment with business strategies and user needs.

What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end planning and evolution of products, from defining requirements to monitoring outcomes.
• Build, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, creating epics and user stories that align with business and user needs.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams, engineering, and data teams to ensure a high-value user experience.
• Interact with cross-functional areas to map dependencies, align expectations, and ensure initiative execution.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, assisting the team in removing impediments.
• Monitor product performance indicators, utilizing data and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Oversee the business case for products, ensuring viability, sustainability, and results generation.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies, fraud prevention, and regulatory requirements in the digital environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or equivalent role in digital products.
• Experience in agile environments, working with discovery, roadmaps, backlogs, MVP definitions, and feature launches.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and areas involved.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with financial contexts, payment methods, cards, or benefits.

Nice to Have

• Experience with products in the benefits, incentives, cards, or PIX segments.
• Knowledge in project management and new business development.
• Experience in leading or coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Azure and product analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Knowledge in CRM strategies, communication funnels, and conversion.
