About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and driving innovation within our organization. What You'll Do

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.

  • Oversee no-code/low-code prototyping to validate concepts and iterate on product designs.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop cross-channel media campaigns that promote our products.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Proven track record of leading successful product launches and managing product lifecycles.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, user security, and digital transformation.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Figma, InDesign, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Experience in FinTech or healthcare technology is a plus.

  • Knowledge of graphic design principles.
  • Previous experience in B2B environments.
