Senior Product Manager - Financial Derivatives (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - Financial Derivatives (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Bitmart. In this role, you will be responsible for the requirement research, planning, and implementation of our trading platform and financial derivatives businesses. As a Senior Product Manager, you will monitor market trends and similar industry products to uncover core requirements, ensuring that our offerings remain competitive and user-centric.

What You'll Do

• Lead requirement research and product planning for our trading platform and financial derivatives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor products to identify user needs and core requirements.
• Gather user and internal feedback to continuously update and iterate products in line with company business plans.
• Collaborate effectively with R&D, QA, operations, and other departments to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the product.
• Monitor product data, perform analysis and reporting, and continuously improve the product based on user feedback.
• Address user pain points and enhance the overall user experience of our derivatives products.

Requirements

• Familiarity with the cryptocurrency trading domain, particularly in exchange-based derivatives products.
• Over 5 years of product management or related experience, preferably in financial products.
• Strong sensitivity to user experience, with the ability to design from the user’s perspective.
• Proficient in requirement analysis methods and processes, capable of creating product prototypes and writing PRDs.
• Clear product vision and the ability to manage the product holistically with excellent attention to design details.
• High sense of responsibility and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
