About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer - Transparency Experience (Remote) to join Anchorage Digital, where we are building the world’s most advanced digital asset platform for institutions to participate in crypto. As a member of our product design team, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly within Anchorage's ecosystem, ensuring operational efficiency and security.

What You'll Do

  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and the problems we solve to create innovative design patterns that merge traditional financial workflows with the world of crypto.
  • Lead large, strategic, and complex projects, applying conceptual thinking to understand issues and their implications.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to conduct research, engage with customers, and explore a broad range of solutions.
  • Design connected, holistic, and modular systems that enhance our ability to move faster in the future.
  • Communicate complex issues clearly and credibly across a wide range of audiences, leveraging effective storytelling to engage stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in designing world-class complex enterprise products.
  • Proficiency in sketching, flow diagrams, interface design tools, and prototyping tools.
  • Experience building scalable systems, security, and compliance product functionalities.
  • Ability to define strategy and solve complex challenges across iOS and Web platforms.
  • Compelling portfolio showcasing high-quality design work that tells a story of your design thinking.

Nice to Have

  • Experience building financial or crypto products.
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries.
  • Skills in designing compliance solutions for B2B environments.
