We are seeking a Senior Product Designer - Remote to join our innovative team at Smartcat. What You'll Do

  • Lead the design process for new product features, ensuring a user-centered approach throughout.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experience.
  • Develop and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across all products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design and user experience.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence within the team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in designing for B2B SaaS products is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Experience with AI tools and technologies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic understanding of front-end development (React, .NET, C#) is advantageous.
