About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer - Remote to join our innovative team. What You'll Do

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to deliver exceptional products.
  • Utilize data-informed decision-making to iterate on designs and improve user experience.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall design culture within the team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance your design skills.
  • Participate in team retreats and virtual activities to foster collaboration and team spirit.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and decisions.
  • Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS or mobile app design.
  • Knowledge of TypeScript, Node.js, React, or Next.js.
  • Familiarity with systems thinking and design thinking methodologies.
