About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer - Mobile Applications (Remote) to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

• Lead the design process for mobile applications, from ideation to prototyping and final implementation.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on design goals and user needs.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across mobile platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in mobile design and user experience.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall design culture within the team.
• Utilize data analysis to inform design improvements and measure the impact of design changes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, specifically for mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and mobile application projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Solid understanding of mobile design principles for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of front-end development is a plus.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
