Senior Product Designer - AI-Driven Solutions (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer - Remote to join our innovative team at ShareGate Protect. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in user experience (UX) and design thinking to create impactful solutions that enhance customer engagement and data protection. As a Senior Product Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven designs that meet the needs of our clients in a fast-paced, remote environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design process from ideation to execution, focusing on user research and prototyping.
• Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces (UI) that align with our brand and enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define design requirements and project goals.
• Utilize tools such as Figma to develop design systems and prototypes that facilitate user testing and feedback.
• Engage in design thinking workshops to foster innovative solutions and drive team collaboration.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design, AI-driven solutions, and data privacy.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in client meetings to understand their needs and translate them into effective design solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user research methodologies, and design systems.
• Experience in AI-driven design and familiarity with data protection regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
• Ability to think critically and solve complex design challenges.
• Experience in SaaS or legal tech industries is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
• Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Familiarity with customer engagement strategies and marketing design.
