Senior Product Designer - AI-Driven Solutions
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our innovative team at Frontline Education. This remote Senior Product Designer position allows you to lead design efforts that directly impact K–12 educators and administrators. You will collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to create intuitive, scalable solutions that enhance educational experiences.
What You'll Do
- Lead discovery efforts to identify and validate customer problems before building solutions.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover insights that inform product direction.
- Design elegant, accessible, and scalable solutions using wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Apply design systems thinking to ensure consistency across products using Frontline’s design system.
- Incorporate AI-assisted design methods to create next-generation experiences.
- Mentor peers and junior designers in discovery and AI-driven design practices.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in product design with a proven ability to lead discoveries.
- Strong interaction, visual, and systems design skills.
- Proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills across product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-first design integrating automation and adaptive intelligence.
- Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and design system best practices.
