What You'll Do

• Define and iterate on the service catalog model for Autodesk's consulting offerings.
• Work closely with consulting teams to identify and develop repeatable services.
• Design the end-to-end service experience for customers, ensuring a seamless interaction.
• Engage with customers to validate service concepts and gather feedback.
• Partner with engineering teams to define service representation on our digital platform.
• Coordinate with finance and legal teams on pricing and terms for services.
• Track adoption and customer satisfaction metrics to ensure service quality.
• Collaborate with product managers to align catalog services with overall product strategy.
• Lead the service catalog from concept to market, ensuring high-quality standards for service delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management or consulting operations.
• Proven experience in defining and launching service products.
• Strong analytical skills for pricing and service economics.
• Direct engagement with enterprise customers for feedback and validation.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
