About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Network and Computer Systems Administrator to join our team remotely. This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading organization in the artificial intelligence sector, where you will apply your expertise in network and computer systems administration. As a Senior Network and Computer Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting a long-term research initiative, contributing to the design and refinement of technical materials.

What You'll Do

  • Design and evaluate research questions related to network and computer systems administration.
  • Utilize your professional judgment based on prior IT and systems administration experience.
  • Produce accurate, well-documented technical and written outputs.
  • Collaborate remotely with team members and meet agreed delivery timelines.
  • Commit at least 15 hours per week to the project.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of full-time professional experience as a Network or Computer Systems Administrator, or in a closely related IT role.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Access to a desktop or laptop computer compatible with required software (Chromebook operating systems are not supported).
  • Legally authorized to work as an independent contractor without employer sponsorship.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
