About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Microsoft-Based Business Solutions Developer to join our team in Jersey. This role is focused on designing and delivering Microsoft-based business solutions, providing you with the opportunity to work on innovative projects. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for building, reviewing, and owning solutions, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and performance. This is not a support or admin role; you will be at the forefront of solution delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Lead solution design and delivery for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Build integrations and custom portals that enhance business processes.
  • Utilize Azure services effectively to support solution architecture.
  • Own security, authentication, and best practices for solution delivery.
  • Review code and provide guidance to other developers to ensure quality standards.
  • Work directly with clients to deliver real-world solutions and gather feedback.

Requirements

  • Proven, hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 / Dataverse.
  • Strong skills in Power Apps (both Model-driven and Canvas).
  • Experience with Power Automate, including advanced flows.
  • Knowledge of plugins, integrations, and solution structure.
  • Solid understanding of security, roles, and authentication mechanisms.
  • Familiarity with web fundamentals such as APIs and JavaScript.
  • Experience delivering multiple Dynamics / Power Platform solutions in production.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Azure services (Functions, App Services, Storage, Service Bus).
  • Knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID authentication flows.
  • Experience with Power Pages and custom portal builds.
  • Familiarity with Business Central integrations.
