This Senior Manager - Legal & Compliance Technology role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States while making a significant impact on our legal and compliance processes.

What You'll Do

• Define and execute the technology strategy for Legal, Compliance, and EHS, ensuring alignment with enterprise risk and regulatory objectives.
• Drive the implementation of Legal Service Delivery platforms and third-party risk management solutions.
• Lead platform selection and integration efforts, ensuring secure and compliant architectures.
• Establish data governance strategies that enable predictive insights and real-time visibility into compliance performance.
• Build strong partnerships across various departments to deliver integrated, enterprise-wide solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Legal Studies, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in product management or technology leadership within Legal, Compliance, Risk, or EHS domains.
• Proven ability to define roadmaps and manage complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and executive-level presentation skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Legal Technology platforms such as CLM or EHS systems.
• Familiarity with data analytics and predictive insights in operational domains.
• Exposure to AI-enabled workflows or automation technologies.
