Senior IT Project Manager - Remote Position at White House Communications Agency

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to join the White House Communications Agency. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to lead critical IT projects that support national security and communications. You will serve as the Work Center Lead and manage various projects while ensuring compliance with federal regulations.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring they align with DISA investment strategies.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that define critical paths and resource allocations.
• Provide oversight on key IT systems and contracted efforts, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Train IT staff on system operations and maintenance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders and contractors.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Top-Secret security clearance.
• At least one year of experience managing IT hardware and software projects.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral communication skills for briefing management and technical staff.
• Experience in customer service and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience in federal project management.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Familiarity with the Cyber Excepted Service personnel system.
