About the Role

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Management Consultant - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage complex IT projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with client objectives. You'll work with international enterprise clients, leveraging your expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.

• Lead IT project management initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

• Utilize Azure Cloud technologies for infrastructure transformation and cloud migrations.
• Implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize disruptions.
• Conduct risk management assessments to identify potential project challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
• Engage in strategic analysis to align project goals with organizational objectives.
• Foster team collaboration and communication to enhance project outcomes.
• Provide professional independence as an independent contractor, with opportunities for project extensions based on performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, specifically in consulting roles.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale IT projects, particularly in cloud migration and infrastructure transformation.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Experience with ITIL frameworks and change management processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with enterprise collaboration tools and digital transformation initiatives.

Nice to Have

• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Experience with German-speaking clients or projects.
