What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's goals.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team on HR-related matters.
• Lead full-cycle talent acquisition to attract and retain exceptional talent.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness.
• Oversee employee relations and performance management processes.

• Provide guidance on immigration processes and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of HR experience in technology organizations.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Deep knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and Google Workspace applications.
• Proven ability to drive cultural change and foster community.
