We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team remotely. This role is pivotal in assisting the development and execution of HR strategies across various functional areas to enhance business operations and deliver high-quality HR services. What You'll Do

  • Assist in the development and management of internal HR systems and policies.
  • Strategically support various HR functions including payroll/benefits, training/development, and talent acquisition.
  • Maintain employee files within HRIS, preferably using SAP and Workday.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company policies and requirements.
  • Lead and participate in HR-specific projects and initiatives to improve HR services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • 3+ years of progressive HR Generalist/Business Partner experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SAP and Workday HRIS systems.
  • Previous experience in a non-union manufacturing facility.
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
