About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Lozier Corporation. This remote role offers a unique opportunity to oversee and manage complex HR functions while providing strategic guidance and support to our organization. As a Senior Human Resources Generalist, you will lead recruitment efforts, develop and implement HR policies, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

What You'll Do

  • Champion Lozier’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values by demonstrating the behaviors that contribute to Lozier’s success.
  • Drive workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Oversee recruitment processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams for community initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations to provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Lead new hire orientations and administer education assistance and tuition reimbursement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  • Identify training needs and lead employee development programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a generalist role.
  • Advanced PC skills (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present clear and concise presentations.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state employment laws and human resource regulations.
  • Ability to work with and build relationships with individuals at all levels within the organization.

Nice to Have

  • Bilingual Spanish.
  • HR Certification.
  • Experience in a human resource information system (HRIS).
